Store Policies

Turn around time on all items are 2-3 weeks. Sometimes things happen, we are just people and people get sick, or items are on back order. When life happens turn around time may be longer. We will try to do all we can to communicate with you!

All colors and prints are subject to change. If you are locked on one color / print color please note as such in the notes.

Each tee and sweatshirt is UNIQUE due to hand dyeing fabric and hand printing some items. If the item does not look exactly like the picture due to the handmade custom nature of your item we do NOT consider this a defect.  

Refunds or Exchanges:

We will exchange a product if there is an error in size on our part or product but all sales are final and there are NO refunds. If there is an error we do not pay the shipping back. Customer must pay all shipping costs back. 

Lost or Stolen:

If you find that your product is lost in transit, please call your local post office with your tracking number. Unfortunately at this point the product has left our hands and there is not a lot we can do. We will work with you as much as we can but can not replace product when tracking says it has been delivered. Please purchase extra insurance if wanting reassurance for your items.

If your items are lost and an insurance claim is opened. We will have to wait until it is processed before we can recreate your items and send out a new package. 

Customizable Products:

With any customizable product you buy, there will be one proof sent before finalizing and making the item. For questions on customizable products email us at hello@jackandblaketeeco.com.

We reserve all rights to each and every design. Stealing of any design to make your own or for resale value will have legal action brought against them.
